By using ClutchTime ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What ClutchTime Is
ClutchTime is a sports excitement scoring tool that surfaces live and upcoming games ranked by how watchable they are. Scores are algorithmically generated and are provided for entertainment purposes only.
SMS Alerts
- SMS alerts are opt-in only. You must affirmatively provide your phone number to receive them.
- By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages about live sporting events.
- Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
- We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email Digest
By subscribing to the ClutchTime daily email digest, you consent to receive one email per day with that evening's game preview. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and scoring algorithms on ClutchTime are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. Sports data is sourced from publicly available APIs and belongs to the respective leagues and providers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of game scores or excitement ratings. ClutchTime is not affiliated with any sports league, team, or broadcaster.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClutchTime and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
